It’s time to look back, in order to look forward, like that last longing gaze at the old calendar taken down from the wall.

• I gave myself a spooky assignment
• I shed some skin
• I got stuck in the middle
• I’ve been fleshbotted and sugasmed, and then unsurprisingly, blocked.
• I lost a contest - and then won a contest
• I played along with a word game
• I gave thanks to some new friends (and have made more since then)
• I found the time to write a few stories

When I started, back in late September, I wasn’t sure what I was trying to get out of this experience.  Admittedly, I’m a little lost still.  I’ve come quite a way since then, and am very glad I made the decision to begin.  It is sometimes the winding road that fulfills the wanderlust.

Penny, who now believes geeks are hot, wrote to me, “This blogging thing is fun, no?”

Yes. It certainly is.
